Showing your Sterling Identification Card to each provider allows them the opportunity to call Sterling and learn the Terms and Conditions for providing services to you. In particular, your Provider must understand Sterling billing procedures which we clearly outline in our Terms and Conditions for the appropriate Sterling plan.
