These sample income levels are based strictly on the examples of average net sales per month, represent no guarantees of compensation, and may vary slightly in the states of Montana and Washington.

Sterling offers a generous bonus structure. We offer incentives through intermittent bonus programs and contests throughout the year, focusing not only on quantity but also on activity.

Another way we show our appreciation is by offering our employees a comprehensive benefit program that offers financial protection and opportunities to provide for retirement needs.

The following chart shows when participation in each benefit plan begins, whether coverage is automatic or voluntary, who pays for it and the tax treatment of your contributions. This represents current benefits and is subject to change.

*To be eligible for the Savings Plan, you must be a U.S. field Sales Agent of the company credited with 1,000 hours within a 12-month anniversary period and be at least 21 years of age.
