* First year income sample assumes the Sales Agent qualifies for monthly development incentive of $1,000.

The charts above demonstrate the possible annual incomes that a Sales Agent
and a Field Sales Manager can attain at various average sales levels
dependent on commitment, activity level and skill development. These sample
income levels are based strictly on the examples of average net sales per
month, represent no guarantees of compensation, and may vary slightly in
the states of Montana and Washington.

Sterling offers a generous bonus structure. We offer incentives through
intermittent bonus programs and contests throughout the year, focusing not
only on quantity but also on activity.

Another way we show our appreciation is by

whether coverage is automatic or voluntary, who pays for it and the tax
treatment of your contributions. This represents current benefits and is subject
to change.
